Our team culture is kind of unique. It might sound cheesy but we work really hard to make our team be a second family. This pandemic affected all of us, especially for the ones that are not accustomed to working remotely, so we are working to make you feel you are at the office, having regular lunch meetings (paid by hattrick) so we have a space to share our feelings and have a pleasant time. We also have a bonus to make your workplace more enjoyable. And for sure, we are always open to feedback and trying to make it as enjoyable as we can!

Even though we are a small team, we are very supportive when training new people. Our devs will always be there willing to help you!

How does our interview process look like?

All our interviews consist of a couple of meetings, to assure not only a technical fit but also a cultural fit. We do have a cultural meeting, a live algorithm test interview (easy, it won't be like getting into the FB team), and probably a code assessment if you are applying with some language knowledge.
